The University of Friendship of Peoples named after Academician A. Kuatbekov held a high-level relevant seminar on the topic «Organizing the Education of Students with Special Educational Needs in the Context of Inclusive Education».

The seminar was moderated by Iskakova Laura Turlibekovna, Doctor of Pedagogical Sciences, Professor, Head of the Department of Pedagogy and Psychology. She emphasized the importance of inclusive education in today’s society and provided guidance for a systematic and effective implementation of the event.

During the seminar, practitioners from the field presented informative reports on the formation of an inclusive educational environment, the integration of students with special educational needs into the general educational process, and the organization of psychological and pedagogical support and correctional activities.

In her report «Activities of the Psychological and Pedagogical Correction Cabinet: Experience of Comprehensive Support for Children with Special Educational Needs», she shared her practical skills and experience.

Saparbekova Indira Utegenovna

Senior Lecturer of the Department of Philology of the A. Kuatbekov Peoples’ Friendship University, 3rd-year doctoral student in the field of 8D01730-Foreign Language: Two Foreign Languages at the South Kazakhstan Pedagogical University named after O. Zhanibekov.

She presented a presentation on the topic «Rethinking the Principles of Equality and Inclusion in Education,» which introduced new approaches to equality and inclusion in the field of education.

At the end of the seminar, the participants exchanged their opinions, asked questions, and made suggestions aimed at developing inclusive education. The event was summarized, and the importance of such practical seminars for the education system was highlighted.
