Department of planning and organization of educational process

The Department of organization and control of the educational process is a structural unit of the educational and methodological management that organizes and manages the educational process of faculties and departments in accordance with the requirements of the state educational standard of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

The Department of organization and management of the educational process in its work is guided by the laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan “On Education”, orders, regulations on education, instructional materials of higher authorities of the Republic of Kazakhstan, decisions of the Academic Council, orders and orders of the rector, the first vice-rector, the head of the educational and methodological department.

• The Department of organization and control of the educational process in its activities, with the advice of the head of the educational and methodological department of the University, ensures the coordination of the academic work of departments and departments.
• Conducts the main activity in contact with departments and other structural units. Carries out the development of working training programs. Monitors the quality of the educational process.
• Control, maintenance and compliance with the load on the department, accounting and control for all types of training and courses of specialties for the contingent of students;
• Timely preparation of information on the contingent of students in case of their actual and changes;
• Develop a schedule of classes and submit it for approval;
• Providing the classroom fund with classrooms for classes, tests, consultations, exams, independent work of students and one-time events on request;
• Implementation of control over the conduct of training sessions, tests, and exams in accordance with the approved schedule.
