A meeting with the youth of the city on the topic “Building a civil society: through the eyes of experts” was held in the meeting hall of the Shymkent Youth Resource Center. Students studying law, political science, economics, management, state administration, journalism, history gathered at the important event, and new initiatives, creative thoughts and opinions of students of the 3rd metropolis were discussed.
Deputy of Shymkent city council Talgat Baltabaev, member of the public council of Shymkent Rustem Ashetaev and head of public fund BasQaru Margulan Ermaganbetuly spoke at the meeting. The participants of the meeting held heated discussions with those students on the issues of creation of civil society and development of the Institute of Local Self-Government.
