The training of specialists in the educational programs of the magistracy is conducted in the scientific, pedagogical and core areas.

The scientific and pedagogical direction of the magistracy carries out programs of postgraduate education for the training of specialists with deep pedagogical knowledge for higher educational institutions and the research sector.

The core direction of the magistracy prepares highly qualified personnel for the production and relevant specialized areas. To obtain a diploma, a master student, in addition to theoretical knowledge, undergoes practical training and defends a master’s thesis.

PhD doctoral studies provide an educational program at the end of the magistracy.

This field of education, based on the best world experience in the use of modern innovative technologies, is the field of training highly qualified specialists.

PhD doctoral studies ensure the improvement of the process of training scientific and pedagogical specialists in accordance with international requirements and principles of the Bologna process.

The scientific management of PhD doctoral students is carried out not only by the leading scientists of our country, but also by scientists who are well-known abroad, as well as foreign partners from leading world centers and universities.

Undergraduates of the Kazakhstan Engineering and Pedagogical of Peoples’ Friendship University have a fine opportunity to leave for education and practical training in foreign higher education institutions and the research centers thanks to wide international relations of the university. Annually at the university undergraduates and doctoral students are given lectures by professors invited from foreign countries.

Now the university prepares shots on 11 specialties of a magistracy and 1 specialties of doctoral studies.

The main purpose of the specialty is to ensure the modern quality of education on the basis of preservation of its fundamental nature, unification of educational standards and programs taking into account world trends.

– meeting the needs of the individual in the field of vocational education, creating conditions for the implementation of the principle of individualization and differentiation of the learning process;

– deepening of theoretical and practical individual training of undergraduates in the chosen direction of science and pedagogical activity, development of the most important and sustainable knowledge by undergraduates;

The purpose of the master’s program is to train specialists with a foreign language education who are creative and able to compete not only on the domestic market, but also on the world labor market.

Objects of professional activity:

Training of personnel in the Master’s program is carried out in the scientific and pedagogical direction. The scientific-pedagogical magistracy implements educational programs for post-graduate training of personnel for the system of higher, postgraduate education and the research sector, which have in-depth scientific and pedagogical training. In the framework of this program, the undergraduate receives a thorough preparation, which gives him the right to engage in scientific research and scientific and pedagogical activities, including teaching in higher education.

Field of professional activity: practical legal activity in the Kazakhstan and international labor market, research activity in the field of jurisprudence, participation in the Kazakhstan and international educational process.

Professional activity: state bodies, the tax Committee, the Agency of Statistics of the Republic of Kazakhstan; institutions and organizations of all forms of ownership in various sectors of the economy, management bodies of the distribution of the state economy in the link of the market infrastructure, research institutions.

The forms of professional activity are: assets, equity, liabilities, income and expenses, financial results from production, operating, commercial, financial and investment activities, as well as other values in the interests of organizations in various sectors of the economy and statistical bodies.

 Acceptance of applications to the master’s and doctoral programs is held from 3 to 25 July.

The persons entering the MA course and doctoral studies take 2 entrance examinations – on a foreign language and in the specialty.

Entrance examinations:

– on a foreign language are carried out from August 8 to August 16

– in the specialty – from August 17 to August 25

– transfer – till August 28.

Comprehensive testing for training in the specialized magistracy with the English language of instruction is held from 08 to 16 August.

Requirements to the persons entering the MA course: existence of the academic degree “Bachelor”.

The PhD doctoral program accepts persons with a master’s degree and work experience of at least 1 year.

1. EXAMINATION FOR A FOREIGN LANGUAGE

The foreign language exam (English, French, German) is held in the form of testing in accordance with the technologies of the National Testing Center of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

Citizens of the Republic of Kazakhstan who have international certificates confirming their knowledge of a foreign language in accordance with the pan-European competences (standards) of proficiency in a foreign language are exempt from passing an entrance examination in a foreign language.

2. EXAMINATION ON SPECIALTY

Persons who have scored a threshold score in a foreign language are allowed to take the exam in the specialty
