Since distance learning technologies make it possible to successfully integrate into the global educational space of the education system of the Republic of Kazakhstan, to increase the competitiveness of the university in the education market, many universities in the country study, improve the structure, organize work on DOT. In addition, elements of distance learning technologies based on modern information technologies and telecommunication systems are being introduced in the implementation of educational programs of higher education.
In accordance with the rules of the organization of the educational process on distance learning technologies at our university for the application of distance learning technologies in the educational process, the relevant structural units were reorganized, the rules of the structure, service instructions were updated and the tasks to be performed were determined. In order to digitalize the educational process, an information and educational portal of the university has been prepared and launched. Currently, 3,536 students are enrolled in 34 educational programs at the faculty through the information and educational portal.

Also, elements of DOT based on modern information technologies and telecommunication systems have been introduced into the implementation of educational programs of higher education.
In accordance with the rules of the organization of the educational process on distance learning technologies for the use of DOT in the educational process of our university, our existing structural units have been reorganized, the tasks to be performed have been defined, the information and educational portal of the university (ISUDO and UDN online mobile application) has been prepared and launched. Currently, 3536 specialties are trained at the faculty through the distance learning portal according to educational programs (educational program)
Ensuring the interaction of participants in the educational process on the network technologies of distance learning “on-line” and “off-line” (forum, chat, video and audio conferences) is carried out through the ISUDE University distance learning system and the UDN online mobile application. Providing students and trainees with access to electronic libraries is carried out through a personal account in the ISUDE system or the UDN online mobile application, most of which includes information about the university, access to the MCC websites, electronic libraries and employment. The process of interaction between the teacher and the student in the “on-line” and “off-line” mode using the network technology of distance learning is carried out through the University’s ISUDE distance learning system and the UDN online mobile application.
