Business Community Shymkent

On January 18, 2024, a business seminar was held in Shymkent, organized with the support of leading experts in the field of economics and management Korkyt Ata University, University of Suffolk and Change School (UK) in collaboration with a group of scientific experts in economic research, as well as «Atameken Shymkent».

The purpose of the event is to create a platform for open and constructive discussion, where representatives of the business community will be able to share their ideas, experiences and proposals for improving the business environment in the region.

A delegation of Digital IT-officers from the Peoples’ Friendship University named after A.Kuatbekov: Maksat Yessenov – vice-rector for digitalization and Bibol Zhakipbayev – Chief researcher E-Tech Hub, PhD, associate professor took an active part in the business seminar, held foresight sessions and networking with potential IT-partners on issues of collaboration, integration and further development of joint IT-projects.

At the business seminar, current challenges and prospects for the development of small, medium and large businesses, strategic management, financial management and digitalization, as well as prospects for socio-economic development in Shymkent and the Turkestan region were discussed.

Participants had the chance to delve into the analysis of complex management issues, exchange experiences in overcoming specific challenges and explore the latest trends in the integration of digital technologies into business processes.

The event fostered a network of business leaders, providing a valuable platform for networking and partnerships. This event expanded the professional horizons of the participants and provided an opportunity to develop specific strategies and solutions for the effective management and development of companies in a dynamically changing economic environment.
