24 December 2025 the Peoples Friendship University named after Academician A.Kuatbekov hosted a guest online lecture by Kuanysh Koishygulovich Daurenbekov – Candidate of Technical Sciences, Associate Professor and author of the monograph «Algorithm of adaptive learning systems and software engineering» on the topic «Lifelong Learning as a Factor in the sustainable development of academic and scientific potential».
Daurenbekov K.K. is currently completing a two-year advanced training certification program «Certificate in English Communication and Management in Public Relations, Corporate Communications, and Marketing program» at the Southern California State University (Los Angeles, USA).
The meeting, held in a hybrid format (online/offline), generated lively discussion. Among those in attendance were the vice-rectors, department directors, faculty, and young scientists.
Following the meeting, proposals were made regarding a second meeting in Silicon Valley (USA) in January 2026 to discuss global AI progress and its impact on higher education; the conclusion of a memorandum of cooperation between our universities; internships for faculty, etc.
