Head of the Computer Technology Department of the Peoples’ Friendship University named after Academician A. Kuatbekov Maksat Yesenov and PhD, Associate Professor, IT Specialist of the Computer Technology Department Bibol Zhakipbayev took an active part in the Inno.Fest Qyzylorda festival on December 17-18, 2022, implementing innovative ideas in the field of IT.
The festival was held on December 17-18, 2022 with the support of the Akim of the Kyzylorda region in order to implement the state program “Digital Kazakhstan” and increase interest in the IT industry in the region, support projects.
«Inno.Fest ” Qyzylorda is an event aimed at creating innovative projects (from idea to prototype within 24 hours in the areas of “Content and Media”, “Cinema and Video”, “Smart Qyzylorda”).
In addition, Bibol Zhakipbayev served as an expert jury in the direction of “Smart Qyzylorda”. In total, 57 projects were registered in this area, among them the best ones were identified.
Anyone who has an idea to create a new project, but not enough resources to implement it, can take part in this festival. The participant gets the opportunity to assemble a team to implement his project. Thanks to the efforts of the entire team, within a day (within 24 hours), according to the format of the festival, a project that was just an idea turns into a really working startup.
During the work, an agreement was reached with many IT specialists, with whom close cooperation will be established in the near future. Within the framework of the festival, Maksat Yesenov and Bibol Zhakipbayev were awarded certificates and a Letter of Thanks from the Information Technology Center of the Kyzylorda region for their active participation in the Inno.Fest festival of Kyzylorda.
