- Analyzes activities, takes measures and makes proposals aimed at improving the efficiency of the E-Tech Hub
- Submits proposals to the management on the strategic development of the E-Tech Hub
- Provides scientific leadership for conducting research on the most important scientific problems of the E-Tech Hub
- Forms new directions of research and development, organizes the preparation of the E-Tech Hub work program
- Summarizes the results obtained, conducts research expertise of completed research and development
- Supervises the activities of the business incubator
